Schroll Cabinets has four corporate-owned showrooms that are fully staffed with coordinators and highly skilled designers. This is where your custom cabinet experience begins.
Consultation & Design
Our design staff typically starts by meeting with you in the showroom to make selections and to discuss options within our cabinet lines. We work with wholesale (builders/contractors), retail customers and do-it-yourselfers.
Site Visit
Once you have begun your initial design and your selections have been narrowed down, there will be a site visit to take measurements and start the design process (if plans were not provided initially). We always have at least one field measure such as this to ensure proper fitment once cabinets are delivered and installed.
Once the cabinet selection and design are finalized, we will be able to determine the lead time for your project which are typically the best around.
Production
Every part of your cabinet is produced right here, in our Cheyenne, WY factory. Schroll fully stocks all of our hardwoods, cabinet components, hardware and accessories to ensure a quick turnaround, even though every cabinet is made to order.
Build Updates
Once your cabinets are ordered, you will be contacted several times to ensure proper communication regarding delivery schedules and timelines.
Delivery & Quality Control
After delivery you will continue to work with your designer for any field related questions or follow up orders.
Schroll has an uncompromised warranty, offering replacements for any material defects or issues for the life of the product. This includes assistance from our highly skilled service technicians if you need it.
