The Ask
A bar set apart from the kitchen for added function and practicality but with the same blend of contemporary and traditional style as the main kitchen.
And, a functional butler’s pantry that includes a comfortable personal business center – with a view.
The Bar
Inset custom cabinetry provides an elegant touch, enhanced by the brassy details. Balancing glass panels with fully closed cabinet doors increases both storage and style.

The Pantry
Nestled inside a large pantry-mudroom, the customized personal work station was created by taking an older style of cabinet and raising the height by 6” so it would reach bar height and provide a clear view through the slightly raised window.
To increase the room’s function, refrigeration was added to under-counter cabinets; the design aligning perfectly with the main kitchen and standalone bar area.
