My favorite part of the job is working with a diverse group of clients and helping them build or remodel their homes. I also get to work for a company that builds a great product at a reasonable price.

My approach to client relationships is a four-step process:

  • Listen to the client to understand what their dream is.
  • Design their dream to meet or exceed it while staying within budget.
  • Order the product and make sure it is installed and done on time.
  • Stay in touch with the client until the job is complete and satisfactory.
