A Mining Engineer by profession, Kipp spent seventeen years in the mining industry performing operations management. He joined the Schroll Cabinets team in 2020.

Kipp’s favorite thing about working at Schroll is seeing the finished product – knowing all that goes into it – and a satisfied customer. His work philosophy is to lead by example, and to always find ways to improve processes, others, and yourself.
