Ramona has worked in the industry for 25 years. Her favorite part of the job is connecting with people and building a rapport with new clients, which ultimately becomes a working relationship.

Each project has its own set of unique circumstances, which keeps the work interesting, and it’s always fun to share in bringing a vision to life. Ramona finds it very satisfying to be a part of her client’s excitement, and to guide them through the process from beginning to end. She enjoys co-creating with clients and revels in the final collaboration.

Ramona finds it important to “treat everybody as I want to be treated.” Clients usually know what they want, but don’t always know the “how” of making it happen. Ramona believes it is important to listen to their desires and needs, then use her experience and expertise to guide them along the way.
